Jenny Randerson has urged politicians not to talk about green shoots of recovery

Commenting on the release of the latest Royal Bank of Scotland Purchasing Managers Index for Wales, Welsh Lib Dem Shadow Economy Minister, Jenny Randerson AM said:

"The figures clearly show that in the past month, the disastrous indications of recent months have slowed. That is of course welcome but I would warn strongly against complacency. We have a long way to go before we should even consider talking of green shoots."
