Commenting on the release of the latest Royal Bank of Scotland Purchasing Managers Index for Wales, Welsh Lib Dem Shadow Economy Minister, Jenny Randerson AM said: "The figures clearly show that in the past month, the disastrous indications of recent months have slowed. That is of course welcome but I would warn strongly against complacency. We have a long way to go before we should even consider talking of green shoots."
